Email is how we track a complaint. If you call, we will ask you to send the same complaint to the email above. The times below run from the email we receive at that address.
What to include
- your name and the phone number on the account
- whether you are an owner, buyer, partner, or another user
- the listing or the quote, if there is one
- the payment reference, if the complaint is about a fee
- what happened, and what you want us to do
If we need any of these details to identify the matter, we will ask once. The resolution time then runs from the day you send the missing details.
What we will do
We will acknowledge your email within 24 hours of receiving it.
We will resolve the complaint within 15 days of that email, or within 15 days of receiving the details we asked for, whichever is later. If the law gives a shorter time for a particular kind of complaint, we will follow the shorter time.
Our reply will say what we decided. We may remove a listing, restore an account, refund a fee that this policy says is refundable, or refuse the complaint with reasons.
We may keep the complaint and our reply for as long as we need to show that we handled it.
If you are not satisfied
You may approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where that Act gives you the right.
For personal data, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.
These policies do not take away either of those rights.
